POLISH WZ31 REISSUED TO LUFTSCHUTZ
This rare Polish helmet Wz31 was captured by the Germans and later reissued to the Luftschutz (Air Raid Defense) as its blue coat of paint over the original green "salamander" colour. The helmet has the original liner, the chinstrap instead was at some point changed, possibly when reissued to the Luftschutz. Inside the dome it is visible the marking of the Ludwikow manufacturing plant that produced it. Top shelf helmet.
