The UNPA was an anti air raid fascist organization. Helmets like this were often issued to members of this corps and to auxiliary personnel as well. This is a mix between an M31, missing air vent holes and having a 3 pads liner and an M33 shaped shell. Thi example retains its original green-gray colour though it has been polished at some point. The three pads are in place though they show dark spots and they have turned stiff.
