M42 LUFTWAFFE
Helmet M42 of the Luftwaffe. The blue rough textured paint is retained in about 85% from outside with some scrapes and scuffs and about 20% from inside where light surface rust is widely spread. The rivets are untouched. Luftwaffe decal is very clear and bright, retained in about 75%. The liner is in avg. condition. The leather is weak, shows hard usage but all leaflets present. Original drawstring is present. The shell is well marked with manufacturer's code and shell size ET 64. The chinstrap is a full length 13 holes in fair condition. No markings readable.
